Instacart and Chase launched new co-brand credit card in June 2022. As a grocery delivery platform that experienced significant growth during the pandemic, the company was enthusiastic about continued growth and traffic to their platforms.

Business Objectives
The goal for the site was to drive customer engagement with the Instacart platform and with the card itself. To do this, we focused on the following:
Highlight the enticing value proposition for current users of Instacart, with notable value for usage on the platform.
Reinforce rewards – drive excitement about how cardmembers can earn and redeem with their card
Feature: Implemented earn calculator for cardholders to interactively engage with cash back structure and earning potential.
Make it easy for customers to learn how to manage their account (manage account activity, add authorized users, make automatic payments, go paperless ,etc.).
For prospects who do not yet have the card, we provided links to apply. With the anticipation of approximately 200K new accounts in the first year of the program.
